Q: Do you do matching Architrave?
Yes, all of our skirting profiles can be supplied with matching architrave according to your preferences. You can, however, mix and match as you please!
Q: Where is your nearest showroom?
In order to give you the best possible pricing and service, we do not actually have showrooms - instead we deliver directly to your door. We can however provide samples on request. Click here to order some!
Q: Do you provide samples?
Yes indeed we do. We make a small charge for them however we will refund this if you place an order. Click here to order some samples!
Q: I cannot find the profile I need, what do I do?
You may either send us an image of what you need by emailing email@example.com or you can use our form to upload it located on the Homepage. One of us will then come back to you with the closest match, or suggest tooling options.
Q: What heights do you do?
We can do virtually any height you wish, but standards would be 69mm, 94mm, 119mm, 125mm, 145mm, 168mm, 195mm, 219mm, 245mm, 295mm - depending on the material. Click here to see our size guide.
Q: Can I collect?
Unfortunately we do not allow collections for health and safety reasons, but our prices include a delivery service Nationwide.
Q: How soon can you deliver?
For stock items, we can usually deliver within 3 days, for most other items we ask for 7-10 days, but often it is much sooner. Of course we are subject to delays beyond our control such as weather affecting deliveries, or packages being lost in transit etc.
Q: What if I'm not in when you try to deliver?
We can either leave with a neighbour, or in a safe place you specify. However please understand that the goods are not insured against loss/damage if you choose to leave them somewhere without being checked.
Q: How will I know when I need to be in for delivery?
We will do our best to contact you as soon as we confirm a dispatch date, which will usually mean delivery the following day. Please do call us as we have regular updates from the couriers.
Q: What if the boards are damaged on arrival?
If the boards are damaged in transit, we will replace them as quickly as possible, providing they have been signed as 'damaged' on the delivery note. Please note that 'unchecked' is not the same as 'damaged' and does not allow for compensation.
Q: Do you sell to consumers?
We are a trade only company, and operate on trade terms. However we understand that the geneeral public will, from time to time carry out trade jobs and we are happy to supply strictly on trade terms. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
Q: Do you offer a priming / lacquering service?
Yes, in fact many of our boards are double primed and sanded as standard, but we can provide this on any boards you wish on request.
Q: Can I pay cash, or cash on delivery?
No, we require full payment in advance of producing/dispatching an order inclusive of the current rate of VAT.
